How can the public who discovers the whereabouts of the informed person, the enforceable property owned by the obligor, or the circumstance provided in Article 17-1 of the Administrative Execution Act that the obligor living in the conditions above reasonable standards or found solid materials indicating that the obligor violating the restriction orders during the inform reward period make a report to AEA? Does the branch provide an award for reporting?

[The determination of the inform timing]: For those informed by mail or fax, the date and time should be determined by the date and time of serving to the office of AEA; for those informed by e-mail, the date and time should be determined by the date and time of the mail received by the server of the Ministry of Justice; for those informed by telephone and being transferred to the voicemail, the date and time should be determined by the date and time of serving to the "Magic Mail " system leased from Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd.

AEA will provide awards to the informant who provides the clues to the branches of AEA (hereinafter referred to as “the branches”) within the inform award period and in accordance with the Items of Paragraph 3 of Article 8 of the “Process Rules related to the Inform Award of Administrative Enforcement Agency, Ministry of Justice.” However, this rule will not apply to the circumstance that the informant is the personnel of the AEA or its branches. In case many people provide the same according to Article 10 of the “Process Rules related to the Inform Award of Administrative Enforcement Agency, Ministry of Justice," the award should be divided equally by all informants; In case many people provide the same clue at different time, the award should be provided to the informant who provided the specific clue first.  However, if the evidence provided by other informants has important help for the enforcement of the case, a certain amount of award shall be provided to the other informants.  In case the order of the report cannot be decided, the amount of award will be equally divided by the informants.
