In accordance with Article 14 of the Administrative Execution Act, the branches may notice the obligors to pay off the amount payable voluntarily to process the enforcement cases.   Generally, for the convenience of the public, the Branch will mail the payment notice first for small-claim cases. If the obligor ignores the notice, the enforcement officer of the branch will initiate the enforcement procedure for various properties owned by the obligor. Furthermore, the Branch will implement compulsive measures, such as imposing restrictions on the exit from the border, arresting, taking into custody if necessary.
